Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  Shipping is $9 per item for standand shipping (orders arrive in 5-10 business days) and $14.50/item for Priority shipping (orders arrive in 3-5 business days).  Please contact us for shipping discounts for orders of bulk items.

We ship using DHL/FedEx/UPS standard air. In the event DHL/FedEx/UPS do not service your area, we will ship your package using TNT or EMS. Importation tariffs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the end user. Please note that all weights of products where noted are estimates including shipping and packaging materials. 

Returns Policy

We accept returns for refund only within 15 calendar days of receipt of your product(s).  If you wish to return a product for refund please contact us with request for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

All products are covered by a full 6 month warranty.  Should your spy gear fail within six months of purchase (obvious physical abuse excluded), we will repair or replace your item as required.  Again you will first need to contact us to obtain an RMA#.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your repaired / replacement item within four weeks of returning it, however, in most cases you will receive it much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process / test your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to repair / replace and deliver your item  (5 to 10 business days).

All returns should be sent via a method that provides a tracking number (we recommend USPS / FedEx / DHL). We can not be responsible for items alleged to have been shipped to us without a tracking number. 

Freight costs of returned items TO us are the responsibility of the customer.  We will return the repaired or replaced item at our cost.
