We accept returns for refund only within 15 calendar days of receipt of your product(s).  If you wish to return a product for refund please contact us with request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  All products must be returned in their original packaging, with all parts and instructions, and in new condition. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

All products are covered by a full 6 month warranty.  In the unlikely event that your merchandise should fail within six months of purchase (obvious physical abuse is of course excluded), we will repair or replace your item.  For warranty repairs, you must first contact us to obtain an RMA number.

You should expect to receive your repaired / replacement item within four weeks of returning it, however, in most cases you will receive it much sooner.

This time period includes the transit time for shipping to us (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process and test your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to repair or replace, and deliver your item  (5 to 10 business days).

All returns should be sent via a trackable method, as we can not be held responsible for items alleged to have been shipped to us without a tracking number. 

Shipping costs of all returned items TO us are the responsibility of the customer.  We will return the repaired or replaced item to you at our cost.
